The Zoingo Boingo Pogo - A review

When I was approached to review the new Zoingo Boingo Pogo from Flair PLC, I jumped at it (no pun intended). You see the Zoingo Boingo is a flexible freestyle pogo outdoor toy, and I've lost count of how many years Esme has asked me for a pogo stick. The Zoingo is slightly different to what one immediately thinks of as a pogo stick; frankly this one lets you freestyle

Esme was over the moon when she saw what the postman brought last week. It's an understatement to say she was excited. She prepared immediately for pogo action; running upstairs and donning her bunny onesie - what else would one do when about to jump?

The Zoingo Boingo was quick to inflate. The instructions are simple and as long as you have a standard bicycle pump in your shed, you'll find it inflates easily.

For safety purposes there is a size guide enclosed, basically so that you do not over inflate.

Before we could let Esme loose on the pogo we read her the safety guidelines, at the end of which she changed out of the bunny get up and into every single piece of body padding she could find. Joking aside, safety helmets are a must with this product.

Esme needed help to steady herself on the Boingo first, but within a few days she was managing to get on it alone - by leaning on a wall, or the table.

The idea is that the child grips the ball with the sides of their feet. Esme really is having loads of fun on this unusual toy. She has been learning indoors, but in the better weather will be playing outdoors, the benefits of which, will of course be many.

LIFE AS IT IS VERDICT

All children will enjoy mastering the challenge that is the Zoingo Boingo, a really unique outdoor toy that bounces on both pavement and grass, allowing flexible freestyle funThat said, remember safety needs to come first.

Emma Oliver and the GraceFaith girls received a Zoingo Boingo in exchange for a review on the parenting/lifestyle blog LIFE AS IT IS.
