The Bonnie Marcus Collection of gorgeous stationery - A review.

Somewhere on LIFE AS IT IS, I'm bound to have mentioned my penchant for pens and paper. Clearly that includes diaries, journals, notepads… indeed stationery full-stop. I love anything girly and eye-catching. Which is probably why the latest collection of lifestyle stationery from Parragon Books, is featuring here this morning.

Launched today and branded as 'Fashion meets paper', this high class range is definitely worth shouting about. Here's why...

DETAILS:
The Bonnie Marcus Collection
Published by: Parragon Books, Dec 2013.
Price: Ranging from £4 - £10
Available from: Amazon, John Lewis and other retailers across the UK
Suitable for: Tween to keen

POSITIVE THINKING:
Elegantly illustrated by Bonnie Marcus - previously a fashion designer (no you don't say?!), who began drawing the collection at her dining room table, pregnant with her first child - this collection offers a feminine and chic take on everyday living. I like two books in particular...

The first book is The Mum's Everyday Essential Planner, priced £8, ISBN: 978-1-4723-3155-7 is packed full of organisational features including contact lists, gift lists, space to record birthday and anniversaries, party planning and storing for favourite recipes.

The other, The Bonnie Marcus Food Journal, priced £5, ISBN: 978-1-4723-2980-6 is billed as a perfect guide to helping solve the diet dilemmas of the modern girl. With a focus on keeping you happy and healthy, recipes include comfort treats and delicious meals and drinks.

KEEP IN MIND:
I said from Tween, but clearly the mum book and food journal  are adult. The range for kids/teens (including a fashion style and nail art book), is not yet off the press, however, it is coming soon.

LIFE AS IT IS BLOG - THE VERDICT:

Why on earth wouldn't you spoil yourself with a reasonably priced touch of glamour in your handbag? Your a mum for God's sake. You deserve it!
