LIFE AS IT IS World Book Day - and a MorphCostume review

Last year for Halloween, Life As It Is was sent an alien MorphCostume to review. For Esme, it was a huge fancy dress hit, although a few of the little ones weren't too sure. What I hadn't mentioned at the time, was the fact that there are countless other designs available - for adults and children - to choose from...

...such as this tiger MorphCostume, which I thought would be great fun for Esme to wear to school on World Book Day (pairing of course with a firm favourite; The tiger who came to tea by Judith Kerr). Ha! Seemed like a good idea at the time. Bloody shame I didn't think it through. Literally hours prior to going dressed up, Esme established the following:
That it would be difficult to wear the tiger suit all day.
That it would be difficult to write with gloved hands.
That it would be difficult to go to the toilet.
We also surmised that covering Esme's face up would be a challenge to the entire school. As amusing as that sounded, clearly the tiger was not a suitable suit for Esme to wear on World Book Day at all. It is ultra cool though, and she has prowled around in it all evening, happily shedding the fairy costume we put together in a cold sweat last night.
