| DAY 47 OF FRAMED CATERPILLAR TO SPIDER'S BELLY? |
Well it is not looking good now is it?! And I fear that our half-morphed potentially sucked upon butterfly may never emerge.
I shared the news earlier today with Esme (my interested 5YO) who looked distraught for a moment, but then nodded to say she understood how nature can sometimes surprise with its unexpected turn of events.
It is not the conclusion we had hoped for, but none the less, it's a conclusion of sorts. And of course, if anything should change, I'll keep you posted. After all, I look up at the chrysalis every single day while drinking my coffee, sat in the sun on the porch. One of my most favourite moments every morning.
