...and I think that's probably because I remember being dragged around the store myself when I was a child. Nostalgia is a massive part of a brand's success. But then, so is being British. We all love a home grown brand don't we?
Yesterday, I went to London and the press launch of the Mothercare new Autumn/Winter range. Commonly known as Christmas in July in the trade.
And Mothercare are seriously looking good with their clean cut lines and wholesome look.
I personally loved the Jools Oliver 'Little Bird' line. So retro, it's that nostalgia thing I was on about. Her shoe designs are gorgeous too. Here's my sneak preview of favourites, coming to stores soon:
